Acidic Foods are an essential part of our diet in order to maintain optimal pH balance however, your goal should be that no more than 20% of your diet is comprised of acidic foods.

The below acid foods chart lists foods that are part of the acid-forming group. As with anything, moderation is the key so try to balance the amount of acidic foods with alkaline foods as best you can.
